Order Processing

All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

United States

  • Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $70 USD.

  • Orders under $70 USD within the United States incur a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services.

International Duties & Taxes

Some Maeve Ellis products, including fragrances and body mists, contain alcohol-based formulations. Due to international shipping regulations:

If your country restricts alcohol-based products, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled according to carrier and customs regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
