Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging with all tags, caps, seals, and sprayers intact

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Important for Fragrances: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. For fragrance products damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to replace or refund the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To get the item you want most efficiently, return your original item following the steps above, then place a separate order for the replacement.

International / European Union Returns

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements described above.

International Fragrance Note: Some fragrance products contain alcohol and may be restricted in certain countries. International returns may be subject to customs regulations and could be delayed or limited.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@3binternational.com.
